medidux™ (DE) app for iPhone and iPad

medidux™ is your digital medical diary and helpful companion during cancer treatment. Developed by experienced oncologists, the smartphone app helps you record your symptoms and wellbeing regularly and methodically, as well as keep track of your medication. All important information about your diagnosis, therapy and important events is always there in your pocket. Notifications let you know when symptoms require action. medidux™ puts all relevant information at your disposal, whenever and wherever you need it. You can choose to share information with the treatment team.

medidux™ puts useful functions at your disposal:

Diary (ePRO)
Use your personal diary to record your symptoms and general wellbeing several times a day.

Trackers
A tracker gives you an overview of the symptoms you have recorded in recent weeks/months and how they have developed. Coloured symbols allow a clear view of disease-related events.

Vital signs
Use diary entries for weight, blood pressure, and blood sugar to complete your daily documentation.

Cognitive test
A simple attention test will help you to assess your performance.

Notifications
Notifications inform you if swift action is recommended.

Medication
The easy, quick and clear way to list when and how you have taken all your medication.

Tips
Based on your inputs, medidux™ provides valuable tips on wellbeing and self-management. These tips will help you handle your symptoms promptly and effectively, and increase your sense of wellbeing.

Notes
Note down any questions, findings and feedback so you have everything ready for your next medical consultation.

Reminders
Smart reminder messages make sure nothing is missed.

Doctor/patient collaboration
Use your records in the app to discuss the course of your symptoms each time you see your doctor. Does your treatment team also use medidux™? Then share and sync all important information with your treatment team so that they are alerted swiftly to any critical changes and can discuss any required action with you.

Studies
In collaboration with your treatment team, you may decide to participate in clinical studies and surveys. Your feedback will help other patients and improve how data is captured in a structured, internationally standardised way for maximum quality and comparability.

The medidux™ application is available in German, English, French and Italian.

Registration
After downloading the smartphone app, choose whether to use medidux™ anonymously as your personal diary or the full version with a direct link to your treatment team.

DiGA
When prescribed and reimbursed as a digital health application (DiGA), you can unlock the full version at any time by entering the prescription code - your treatment team is here to advise you.

Following your initial registration, you will receive a notification with all important information on how to set up the app. You can then use all medidux™ functions and decide at any point whether to share your inputs with your treatment team.
